• UHPC ultra high performance concrete

The ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) prepared with steel fibers has 5 to 10 times the compressive and flexural strength of ordinary concrete, and at the same time has amazing toughness, and its fracture resistance is 250 times that of ordinary concrete, second only to steel. In addition, its internal structure is very dense, and its durability is better.

• Bridge decking

Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) can be combined with asphalt pavement to form a composite bridge deck structure due to its high strength, light weight, good toughness, and good durability. Compared with the traditional steel bridge deck pavement, it can not only significantly reduce the risk of fatigue cracking of the bridge deck, but also significantly reduce the cost of later operation and maintenance, with obvious advantages.

• Prefabricated components

UHPC incorporating copper-plated fine fibers is often used to make prefabricated components, such as cable trench covers for high-speed rail. The prefabricated components made of UHPC have the characteristics of light weight and high strength, which effectively improves the defects of the traditional prefabricated components that are easily damaged.
